Chicken Tikka Masala

This popular Indian favourite is richened with yogurt and heavy cream. It’s great for take-out or dining in with traditional accompaniments.


  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 lb Minor’s Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate
  • 1 cup Crushed tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 lb Grilled and diced Seasoned Chicken Thigh


  • Mix water, Curry Masala Flavor concentrate, tomato, yogurt, and cream. Mix well.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Cover. Keep warm for service.

Serving Suggestions/Variations

Serve with rice, naan bread, or roasted or sauteed veggies.
