This popular Indian favourite is richened with yogurt and heavy cream. It’s great for take-out or dining in with traditional accompaniments.
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 1 lb Minor’s Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate
- 1 cup Crushed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 3 lb Grilled and diced Seasoned Chicken Thigh
- Mix water, Curry Masala Flavor concentrate, tomato, yogurt, and cream. Mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Cover. Keep warm for service.
Serve with rice, naan bread, or roasted or sauteed veggies.
