A refreshing, cold smoothie made with fresh ingredients is one of my favorite ways to enjoy the summer. Smoothies are my favorite thing about summer. It’s easy to throw a few ingredients in the Vitamix, and within 30 seconds you have a delicious drink.

With strawberries being in such abundance, it makes perfect sense to make this strawberry banana smoothie recipe. While I have the ability to make fancy smoothies with collagen and hemp seeds, a simple smoothie is just as good.

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 banana, quartered, and frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
